About Us
Elevating Our Future
The Gagat Youth Career Development Conference serves as a dynamic ecosystem designed to foster peer to peer connections while bridging the gap between young talent and established Armenian professionals and community members.
We empower the next generation with essential networking and career development resources, ensuring they step into the professional world as resilient and engaged members of the diaspora.
Derived from the Armenian word for peak or summit, Gagat draws inspiration from the historic symbol and majestic heights of Mount Ararat and Armenia's Highlands. We root our youth in their heritage and empower them to rise to their peak potential as future global Armenians.
Our purpose is to guide our young adults toward their own personal summits, fostering professional excellence while remaining grounded in their cultural identity. By gathering a wide range of experts, we facilitate the well-rounded growth of our youth through shared knowledge and community belonging.
At its foundation, Gagat is a unifying platform where every young Armenian can access our community's wealth of knowledge and resources for their personal and professional growth. We are building a sustainable space where professional success and our Armenian heritage go hand in hand for the preservation and advancement of our communities and homeland.
Defining Our Purpose
Elevating young Armenians to thrive professionally while remaining rooted in their heritage and unified in their connection to the global Armenian community.
